Gingerbread Test

Can you believe there is a National Cookie Day. It’s today and to lighten up the news last night the Fox29 News Team tried out the Gingerbread Test. It’s a smart marketing campaign by Dunkin Donuts . The company asking the question which part of the gingerbread cookie do you eat first? According to Dr. Alan Hirsch, Neurological Director of the Smell and Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago, that first bite says a lot about your personality. So three of us including myself bit the head first which indicates an achievement oriented individual, a natural leader who doesn’t take no for an answer. If you bite the right hand first it reflects an individual who tends to be skeptical and pessimistic, while those who bite the left arm have a flare for creativity and are are more extroverted. Go for the legs and you are sensitive, reveling in the company of others. So want to have some fun the holiday season, take the test. There is science behind our eating habits–who knew!
